Normally, we have 3 way to pack our outdoor led lights,
1, Using plastic bubble film wraped with the landscape lighting and then packed into outer carton as left of below picture.
2, Using Expandable Polyethylene (EPE) separated the landscape light and then packed into outer carton as middle of below reference image.
3, Put outdoor led light into the inner small corrugated box, then packed into outer carton as right of beow image.

If you need UL/CUL for the led outdoor light, please contact us. and please be noted the UL/CUL cert is not necessary for low voltage of 12V/24V led light and for high voltage led light, can use with UL/CUL listed powersupply, Meanwell or other brand.
